Austin Hand Group was founded in 2006 by Dr. Ira Lown and has since expanded to a 3,000 square foot facility in Westlake. Austin Hand Group has a Board Certified Hand Surgeon, Ira Lown, MD.  Occupational Hand Therapist, Justine Wool-Musco,  accepts in-house and outside referrals and helps patients meet their hand/upper extremity therapy needs.  A support team of friendly, knowledgable staff; appointment scheduler, medical scribes, surgery schedulers, and in-house billing associates who are available to assist patients.

 

Austin Hand Group strives to stay "green" by minimizing paper use, and utilizing electronic communication, documentation, and digital X-Rays that do not require chemical processing. 

 

We are located on Bee Cave Road with the nearest  intersection being Walsh Tarlton Lane. This location provides easy access from both Loop 1 and Capital of Texas Hwy, with plenty of free outside and reserved covered parking.
